RFQ and Offers

We run a structured RFQ (Request for Quotation) process and gather a selection of competitive offers.

Analysis

We provide a clear comparison across pricing, quality, and lead times, with a recommendation and rationale, for your consideration.

Handover

We present the shortlisted supplier(s) along with our analysis and recommendation, for your consideration. You proceed with due diligence and final agreements directly. Ongoing involvement can be provided where required, depending on the level of support selected.
