Website Terms of Use

Website Terms of Use

Effective from 09-May-2026. These terms govern your use of this website only. They are separate from the Engagement Letter that governs any consultancy or supply engagement with Konvel.

1. About these terms

This page sets out the terms on which you may use the website at www.konvel.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Konvel Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Information on this site is not an offer or advice

The content of the Site is for general information only. It does not constitute an offer to provide services or goods on any particular terms, advice on which you should rely, or a representation that any specific outcome will be achieved. Any engagement is governed by a separate written Engagement Letter signed by both parties.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate and up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or current.

3. Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including the KONVEL name and wordmark, the visual identity, copy and underlying code. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print or download extracts from the Site for your personal use or for internal circulation within your organisation, provided you do not modify the material and you acknowledge Konvel Ltd as the source. You must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • Send, knowingly receive, upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or harmful.
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server, computer or database.
  • Carry out a denial-of-service attack or distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Crawl, scrape, harvest or otherwise extract material from the Site by automated means without our prior written permission, except for lawful indexing by recognised search engines.

5. Links from this site

Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

6. Linking to this site

You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

7. Limitation of our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site, including (without limitation) loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss.

This clause does not affect our liability under any separate written Engagement Letter that you and Konvel may sign.

8. Viruses and security

We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Site, and we recommend you use your own virus protection software.

9. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.

12. Language

These terms are made available in English. Where any translation of these terms is provided as a courtesy, the English version shall prevail in case of any inconsistency or ambiguity.
