Brief
You define your requirements — material, specifications, volume, and timeline.
How it works
Two engagement modes. Both agreed in writing before work starts.
You define your requirements — material, specifications, volume, and timeline.
Mutual non-disclosure agreements are put in place before any client information is shared.
We identify suppliers globally who can deliver against your requirements at competitive prices. Capability and fit assessments remain the Client's responsibility.
We run a structured RFQ process and gather a selection of competitive, comparable offers for your review.
We provide a clear comparison across pricing, quality, and lead times, with a recommendation and rationale.
We present the shortlisted supplier(s) with our analysis. You proceed with due diligence and final agreements directly. Ongoing support is available depending on the engagement level.
Procurement Coordination engagements — coordination of an existing buyer-supplier relationship rather than fresh sourcing — follow a different working model. See the Procurement Coordination service description.
Engagement modes
We act as your procurement partner, identifying suppliers, running the sourcing process, and supporting pricing discussions. You contract directly with the supplier and retain full control over due diligence and final agreements. Konvel is engaged via agreed fees — typically project-based, retainer, or success fee.
Konvel sources and purchases the goods, then supplies them to you directly. We act as the contracting party, providing a single point of coordination and oversight across the transaction. Konvel earns a margin, agreed transparently on a per-project basis.
Fees
All fees and commercial structures are agreed and documented in the Engagement Letter before any work begins.
