Each engagement is scoped individually. Fees are agreed directly with the Client before any work begins. Clients outside the United Kingdom and European Union are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Strategic Sourcing
We identify and engage the right suppliers globally, aligned to your specific requirements. We manage supplier outreach and support pricing discussions to secure competitive offers, while you retain full control over final agreements and due diligence.

Cost Reduction
We analyse your current spend and identify supplier alternatives that may deliver real savings. Industry benchmarks suggest 10–30% is achievable on indirect categories; actual results vary by category, baseline and engagement. Fee structure is agreed directly with the Client.

Supplier Network
We draw on established sourcing channels and direct supplier outreach across our target markets. We do not hand over supplier lists — instead, we use existing market knowledge and active outreach to identify which suppliers may be a fit for your specific requirements. Where it helps, this lets you reach the right supplier faster than running a full sourcing process from scratch.
What you get
- An informed view on which suppliers may suit your requirements, drawn from existing market knowledge and outreach

End-to-End Procurement
From client brief through to delivery, we manage the sourcing process — covering RFQs, pricing discussions, and supplier coordination — keeping the project moving from start to finish. Available as Mode A (Advisory / Sourcing) or Mode B (Supply / Principal — Konvel sources and supplies as the contracting party).

Emergency Sourcing
When supply is disrupted, we act quickly to identify and engage alternative suppliers. Rapid response and accelerated sourcing to help restore continuity as fast as possible.

Procurement Coordination
Independent coordination of multi-workstream procurement relationships. We sit between an existing buyer and supplier (or supplier group) as a neutral party: a master open-items tracker, weekly cross-party stand-ups, structured drafting of inter-party communications, and a complete audit trail. Useful when several workstreams are running in parallel and someone needs to keep them visible and moving.
What you get
- A master register of open items, risks, decisions and milestones across all in-scope workstreams, refreshed weekly.
- Weekly cross-party stand-ups with agenda, minutes, and post-meeting action log
- Facilitating the flow of inter-party communications — ensuring questions, clarifications and updates between the parties reach the right people and are responded to.
- Bilateral confidentiality respected — neither party's commercial information is shared with the other without their consent and consistent with NDAs in place
- Cross-language support across English and Polish where useful
Engagement model: Mode A only (advisory / coordination — no principal positions, no signing on either side's behalf). Pricing typically a monthly retainer plus day rate for surge, agreed directly with the Client.
